So Very clean and everyone there was very nice and accommodating. Great location. Had a problem with the tv in our room and they moved us to another room immediately. Good breakfast. Will stay there again.
The trip wasn't planned out on our part so we googled a hotel and this one was closest to our destination. called and confirmed a room and headed that way, spent two nights there and had a great breakfast and comfortable stay each night. clean room easy access on and off the freeway, and didn't kill the budget. not the typical hotel breakfast it was more of a restaurant setting getting to order the food and the waiter refilling the drinks. the lady at the front desk worked with us to get the best rate and went out of her way to make our stay a great one. Thanks Lady.
So I booked a room with two queen beds on Expedia but got two fulls. Delencia fixed the problem and gave me a room with two queens. We had family members stay there for six nights and had wonderful service! Delencia made sure we had the crib we needed, that our daughter's dog was welcome and not a problem, that parking worked out for several vehicles and more. She was pleasant and helpful. So was Leia who also saw to our needs on other days. We really appreciated Delencia working on Christmas too!
